I know for a fact multiple people have the same problem, im just trying to find some solutions. my game worked perfectly fine the first play through but since then the game freezes at the start up logo and when i check task manager it is not responding.

it's a sign. either Beth is making FO4 OR Beth is releasing updates for NV

I don't know how to help you btw, all i can say is uninstall try again and if not i guess your journey is over
