so i finally got a pc and it is definitely strong enough to max out fallout new vegas. what i dont understand, though, is that i have input lag on my mouse. i dont understand how this can happen since my pc is strong enough to max it. a friend of mine told me maybe my framerate is too high? anyways, ive added the four lines that remove mouse acceleration, but that didnt help much. i was hoping someone here could help me fix this issue?
