first, i never had this problem before. back when i had vista and win 7 32 bit. this never happened. but once i got a win 7 64 bit, new video card and CPU and stuff it now the launcher crashes randomly. sometimes i can get it to work but other times it won't start and i have to keep trying over 10 times to get it to work again. i've done reinstalling the game, verifying the files over a dozen times and it still crashes at the launch window.

i used a event viewer and got some info about this problem. maybe some of you guys can help
