It would've made more sense; why can't I use my character from Fallout 3? (300-500 hours playing time).
The storyline could've still made sense.
Why did Bethesda allow Obsidian to assist? Bethesda has now been flawed; there is now a flaw in their series: Fallout: New Vegas.
I am absolutely disgusted that Obsidian would make people pay £40 for the game, when it could've been a £15 expansion. Yes, it was released to entertain the audience until Skyrim was released, but it would've made more sense to be an expansion, and I feel like I've been cheated. Obsidian, you were lazy.
I have no doubt that I wouldn't be writing this if it had been released as a DLC/Expansion, or it Bethesda Game-studios had produced it, however they had their priority of Skyrim; I respect them for that.
Was Fallout: New Vegas released too soon? Yes. Obsidian just wanted to make a quick buck, and I feel like I've been cheated. The Town of Megaton in Fallout 3 probably housed more quests than Fallout: New Vegas' accumulated. (Obviously it doesn't, but that is what it feels like).
