Hey Guys just wondering if fallout new vegas would run ok on my sony vaio laptop i have it on xbox but i wanted to try it on pc. any help?

No way in the world to know. There are many more too-cheap ones being sold, of course, that are essentially useless for gaming. Please don't waste time with Sony model numbers, either ~~ meaningless except to Sony. Find out what it's got for GUTS, then someone can answer you, unless, of course, you already know that you bought yours from among the cheapest ones that were offered.

Some of the vaio laptops coming out lately have had decent amd graphics card and i7 processors.
How much did you spend on the laptop?

Most of those with i7s still don't have discrete graphics, because those use too much battery and generate too much heat to suit their plans, so they try to leave them off.

the whole thing altogether went for about 2 grand with all of the programs

Amazon and others are selling FONV for less than $20, what have you got to lose?
