So,
as we all know, Germany was a little strict with video games, and some where censored to death. Hell, you even are only able to play Fallout : New Vegas in german. Which is extremly annoying, since the synchronization is just horrible.
So, with the release of the Ultimate Edition, Germany got an uncut version, that had english audio available. So my question is, do people, that bought the game earlier, get access to an uncut version with english audio anyhow or what? It would be extremly disappointing if we didnt.

So, if you know any way how to get the whole stuff working with the "normal", non-ultimate edition, that would be very helpful and nice.

The Ultimate Edition is a unique edition of the game, not an upgrade per say. If you want the English Content, then you will have to purchase the Ultimate Edition. To even try to mod the earlier version would be an exercise in frustration and hair pulling because of the changes made to the game for the censorship.

I don't know about pricing over there, but if you do not have any of the DLC's, then the Ultimate Edition is cheaper than just buying even two of the DLCs separately.
