Is there any Vaults on Fallout New Vegas (and Fallout 3) where still people live like the vault u left on Fallout 3 always if i find a Vault everybody left or died in there.

6 vaults, none ahve freindly people living in them, 1 is in the strip, and its a gambling house so its not a true vault

they are mostly like fallout 3 were you get to see the aftermath of the experiment cept vaut 3 ill stop there

It's a bit more mixed than Fallout 3. Vault 21 is cool to see working, you'll find that not every vault was a total deathtrap that killed its occupants in the first few months or years. Meeting former vault dwellers and their descendants is a pretty cool thing.
