We know two of the major faction heads (Caesar and House) but I wonder who leads NCR as president now since surely Tandi has to have finally kicked the bucket, possibly opening the floodgates for political corruption. I mean NCR weren't exactly squeaky clean to begin with but atleast you knew you could trust Tandi at the end of the day.

Aaron Kimball is the new NCR president. Not sure if he appears in New Vegas or not though, most likely he doesn't, since he probably has enough to deal with at the capital.

What the major factions concern, no idea yet who I'll join if its even possible when wanting to side with the Omerta one.

I personally don't think we will get to meet the President of NCR. We are getting plonked down in the middle of a border skirmish in this game. NCR have over extended themselves and are struggling to keep control of their lands etc. So I think the Pres is tucked up safe and sound way Westward of our locale. Of course this is pure speculation on my part and I could be exactly wrong

I'd assume he doesn't show up as well, but then again there is a card from the CE that has a picture of him with a quote on it. I kinda wonder why they'd include him in the deck if he wasn't in the game (maybe he makes propaganda transmissions to the NCR troops for moral support or something).

I didn't mean to imply that we'll get to meet the new President, I don't think he will either but I was referring more to that hopefully we'll get to see how his influence might have changed NCR since we last saw them.

Since both enclave and BOS will be in new vegas

does this mean if you help them out you'll start to see more of them in the mojave wasteland, or is there no effect for helping them out?

I don't think factions in lesser roles will spread out the same as the major ones. The effect of helping them out is likely something else.

Hmm, I was under the impression that the only enclave-related things in this game will be a certain eyebot plus a former enclave soldier...?

We have a Roman-based slaver army that conquers stretches of land wherever it passes. And we have an ever growing republic led by a senate and a single representative figure, which falls apart because it has grown too big to sustain itself. Rome vs Rome.

See, one of those is still Enclave, the other is not. And I don't know whether Arcade likes to be folded into a ball the size of an Eyebot. ^_^

Oh so the major factions NCR and CL will spread out their forces and begin taking over the mojave wasteland if you help them out?

I know you can takeout small encampments housing NCR/CL and then the opposite faction will take that camp over. Hope the same applies to settlements such as nipton.

Did anyone notice that sometimes the muzzle flashes didn't show? For example, near the beginning of the video when the M1 Garand fired.
