Fallout.Newest York

Hey Bethesda.Heres a idea for a new fallout game.It follows the guy from Fallout 3.He goes to New York or Newest York to help someone.Anyway when he gets there. All there is,is gangs fighting over territory.Give it more of a 90's look. You get in the middle of a crossfire.Boom you get shot & nearly die but a familiar face helps you.Newest York is a no mans land.New Feature should added where you can customize or combine outfits or just get a similar clothes layout like oblivion with clothes you would see in 90's like baggy clothes & so for.You can take it from there. But that familiar face is your childhood friend from the vault Amata Almodovar.
Also, give everything that 90's look like the weapons, cars,& buildings(mostly destroyed but allowed in 80% of them).

Welcome to the forums, we are supposed to use http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1247500-fallout-4-speculation-suggestions-and-ideas-42/

Fallout has a post-nuclear 1950s setting, changing that to a 1990s setting would change the series far to much.
