Hi,
Everytime I start up FO3, It just loads everything, from the Please wait - the info things. Then it just shows a picture of a person in power armor (normal) for a very long time, not responding to my mouse! After 2-5 minutes, it would finally start up and I could play! Is there a fix so that it could load instantly?
