I just installed an update for Windows 10 ... build 11102.rs1_release 10113-1800.

Now Fallout 4 will not run.

I disabled all mods and it still won't run.

Help ... help

?Some PC games will crash switching from windowed mode to full screen, upon game resolution change, or upon launch due to a bug in Windows graphics stack. We have observed this with The Witcher 3, Fallout 4, Tomb Raider, Assassin’s Creed, and Metal Gear Solid V but it may occur with other titles as well.

This is why I got the game on PS4, too many things go wrong on PC

after reading the source of my link, OP is using Insider version of Win 10. That means it is essentially a beta for new releases.

OP, until they address that, you may have to leave it in Windowed mode to make it stable
