Hey, this is just an idea. If I get enough people interested I'll make it - I just don't want to make the thread and idea, then to find nobody joining. Here's the idea:

The year is 4E 23. 23 years ago, Martin Septim failed to keep back Mehrunes Dagon and the Gates of Oblivion. A battle took place with Martin and Mehrunes Dagon, in which Mehrunes killed Martin before he summoned the power of Akatosh. The Daedra took over Cyrodiil, the best of the Deadric gods holding a city. The Elder Council recieved reinforcements from other nations, but they all failed. 23 years later a group of refugees (us, the RPers) have formulated a plan to destory the Deadra and claim back Cyrodiil; before they enslave Tamriel.

OR that the Deadric War machine destroyed Tamriel, making it a Wasteland similar to Washington DC in Fallout 3. Creatures have been have had their powers boosted by fire and the Deadra are attempting to take over Tamriel (like the Enclave.) A group of bandits (us) see a greater good and attempt to kill the Deadra.

Maybe... but most of the players here don't think too highly of Fallout, and will most likely tell you there is little point in mixing the two. I like the way you did it, though the lore is a little wonky, it's better than some of the Tes Fallout RPs I've seen.

But despite the overall sound idea, I'm not sure whether you have the requisite experience to run an RP. And even if you might, most of the people here won't trust you. It's not anything wrong with you, just that newer RPers have a bad reputation for trying to make RPs, and none of them ever work. So if I were you I'd join in other peoples' RPs for a while, and once the people around here know you a little better then you can start an RP without fearing stereotyping.

EDIT: Indeed, there is not much to do with Fallout, but I don't really like Fallout Thus I would not really care.

Ah, I remember that now. I thought there was one, but couldn't quite recall the details.

I have no idea what this has in common with fallout other than the wasteland bit. Theres already been a fallout TES rp before which was quite popular, some one beat you to the punch i think.
