anyone here playing any pen & paper version of Fallout, the unofficial PnP 2.0, Exodus, homebrew,...?

I've tried to get the PnP running with my mates. Unfortunately not many of them are Fallout nuts like me.

My time is too short, timezone is gmt-1, I've rolled too many d20ies to be intrigued by anything but an exceptional storyline, and I would want a DM that would allow rather wide lmits to player intiative, whilst being a complete fascist about metagaming. I am simply too old

hehe those are perfectly valid demands

Currently I'm trying out Savage Worlds to run a Fallout based campaign, I was wondering if anyone has any experience running one with a different system?
