Hey all!

I am curious if the patch 1.3 will also fix the glitch where the Radio guy thinks that the radio transmitter is down and you are unable to complete the quest 'With Our Powers Combined'. I have triple checked the radio transmitter and it has all the power it needs; the radio guy just roams around it and it appears he is no longer assigned to it.... :/
