I'm in the process of buying a http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819106010 for my PC build and i'm really looking forward to playing FO3. However I hear a lot of bad things about FO3 and it's poor performance on multicore CPUs. Just want to know if i'll run into any problems later.

If you're wondering, i'll be pairing this with an 7850 graphics card.
