Fallout pip-boy on bluestacks

I've already looked online but couldn't find any information. I'd like to know if there was a way to run fallout pip-boy on the bluestacks android emulator on my pc and fallout 4 on my ps4. I already tried running the app as is on the emulator and i already had the pip boy option on my game on because I used it on my cell phone a couple times.

I am curious, why would you want to use a keyboard and a mouse for controlling your Pipboy and use a controller for everything else?

I can see using a smart phone for controlling the pipboy, expecially if you had it embedded in the pipboy smartphone case that comes with the Pipboy edition of Fallout 4. But what you are attempting to do seems like it would be fairly clumsy.

Having said that. I believe the Pipboy applet needs a direct usb connection to the console, and both Bluestacks and HandyAndy are notoriously inept at emulating a direct usb connection. You may get it to work, but then again, the applet may never detect the connection and only run in demo mode.
