It wouldn't surprise me if the Fallout games appeal a bit more to males than the Elder Scrolls games do. Also, the Fallout forums have a reputation for being populated by a vocal minority of immature, overbearing, confrontational people. I think a few of us female Fallout players won't see this poll because we spend the majority of our time in the Elder Scrolls forums where we feel more comfortable.

Anyway, to answer the OP.....female, age 54.

Yep, I know many females who love to play RPG and MMO games who never set foot in forums, and especially one like this one. It's by no means the worst, of course (thanks to the hard-working moderators), but the testosterone can get pretty thick here.

Male, 26. Been gaming since I started with the NES and our DOS PC in the mid 1990's. Just a wee babe of a gamer compared to some.

This poll should be interesting sociologically speaking, even if veracity is debatable. Hopefully many people will respond, and truthfully as well.

That is unfortunate, as a forum is improved the more diverse its people. Admittedly, though, their reasons are quite understandable.

25 male.

I like how that was a completely logical thing to say, yet they're one of smallest groups.

What? No, that's not true, you take that back, you take that back now! Now! Noooooow!

Its interesting that more 80+ people play than the 70-79 range, guess those guys still have a lot of Golf games left in them.

It's actually one of the smallest ones. The biggest age demographic for gamers is going to be the 29-35 category in this poll, as the results already show.

Not to mention that the younger age groups are more likely to be discussing Fallout 4 on Facebook and Twitter rather than seeking out the official message board.

Indeed, but it is foolish to admit playing a game you are not legally old enough to play in this forum, you'd likely get a ban, there are younger people on this forum but Fo4 is an 18 cert so having a say 13-17 bracket wouldn't make sense. Nobody is going to openly admit breaking the law here!!

Me? Male - 31.
