There are 2 big problems occurring that I can't seem to figure out.

1) When I hit the new game button it sits on the loading screen and doesn't go anywhere.

2) If I try adjusting something like actor falloff distance the game crashes.

Windows 10 Pro

AMD Athlon II X4 640 3.0 GHz

8 GB Ram

GeForce GTX 750 ti

Driver version: 358.87

EDIT: Yes I've tried updating the driver to the latest version. Didn't help.

Two things worth trying:

1) Install the beta patch (http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1544136-fallout-4-updates/#entry24468274) intended to fix a crash related to Windows 10.

2) Try running the game on the lowest graphics settings just to make sure it isn't the slightly weak GPU causing an issue (unlikely, I know, but maybe you're trying to run with all settings on Ultra).
