Supposedly there are some user made patches to play this on a video card with SM2.0 support (not SM2.0B support)
Here are my specs:
Pentium 4 3.20 GHz
RADEON 9800 PRO 128 MB
2 GB RAM at 400 MHz

There was a "Fallback" project here a while back. Last time I saw it was maybe a year ago, and the result was all NPCs became headless (that's right) and performance on these cards/chipsets were rather terrible. HIGHLY suggest a new video card.
