I recently bought Fallout 3 GOTY Edition for the PS3 and, as the thread title suggests, I want to make a Ranger type character build. But I'd like some suggestions on what perks and SPECIAL traits I should focus on. I have Fallout 3 on Xbox 360, but my character on that system is a Jack-of-all-trades type, so this time around, I wanted to do an actual character build. Any help or suggestions would be really appreciated.
