same cant enter my vaults playing on my ipad mini

crased once at 37 14 rooms

and also second vault wich i managed to get to 49 members 15 rooms bevor i couldnt enter anymore.

Im addicted plz give me my fix

I have been using the game since its release. I have 3 vaults currently. I purchased 40 lunch boxes and have used 12. Now the vault in which my lunch boxes are stored locks up every time I attempt to open it. The other two vaults function fine. I have restarted, done a hard reboot, everything short of reinstalling the app. It loads for a while then locks right around the 6th hint message My last save was 7/11 around midnight ct. Never had trouble prior to the app update.

Call iTunes and complain. Get your money back. I'm giving them 1 week to fix this or iTunes will refund me

You have 90 days to contact Apple & complain, so you can give Bethesda a bit of grace, if you're feeling generous.

Purchased lunch boxes really should be global across all vaults, imo...

Hi I enjoy playing the game (when it dose not crash) but I've restarted the game every time but nothing happened I even restarted my iPad and still crashes I have bought some in game stuff but feel the value of the money spent is not worth me playing the game this is a consent thing that is happening and I think it needs to be looked at or I'll have to not play it anymore I don't want it to come to that

i haven't been able to get past the first screen since the 10th like others. Started before i ran the iOS 8.4 update and hasn't changed since. I installed the 1.0.3 game update with no change also. on a 5S

Same exact problem...Cleared a bunch of data out and got it to work for a few hrs then bang...logged in to add to the list.

In my experience it can sometimes load after multiple attempts, so keep trying. If after 20 or 30 it doesn't load, then give up.

But mine loaded up again this evening after not loading for about 12 hours.

I had lost four explorers (intentionally), so that may have something to do with it.

I tried it with no luck, after 50 tries i gave up.

It would be nice to see Bethesda respond to a post.

cannot load game, crashes every time. Getting pretty frustrated. Was up to 41 dwellers...

My game crashed since yesterday. Couldnt open the game at all. Anyone manage to solve this problem?

Once I hit 170 dwellers on my IPad mini 2 game no longer loads.

Crash at the load screen?

If possible, like Meat PopSci, can everyone share the iOS platform they're playing on when reporting when (and where in-game) they experience crashes?

I've given up on fallout shelter, doesn't get past the vault loading screen now XD counting down the days to play Fallout 4 on my Xbox One now

Iphone 5s iOS 8.4 had over 100 dwellers.


When i try to start the game, the title loading screen appears then after a few seconds the game crashes.


It started crashing before I updated and the update did not fix it

iPhone 6, iOS 8.4, game crashes a second after the gray loading screen appears. I'm at 182 dwellers started about 3 days ago and the game hasn't been working for me since then.

I've played Fallout Shelter since the release date with no issues. Although, last Friday (July 10), the app started crashing in the second loading screen. The issue got worse throughout the day. Now, the game crashing in the first loading screen. I have also installed the update from last Friday (July 10). I have put a lot of time and money into this game, so I hope this issue is resolved soon. Not to mention, all the other people that are having the same issue. I am running iOS 8.4 on my iPad 4. I also have 2.1 GB of memory available.

I give up saying what system I have and ram, getting refund on lunch boxes and starting new vault, Us Crash players should get free lunch boxes for this downtime 2 weeks now

All my explorers are probably dead by now.

I encountered this same issue on Tuesday afternoon, just after I boarded a Southwest jet. Have not been able to play since then. Can't even access the menu to switch which vault to play in as others have said.

EDIT: Just finished the update. No joy. Still does not get past the splash screen before it dies and returns to the home screen.

I had 80 dwellers and now I can't even load the game it crashes every time don't want to restart plz fix ur game Bethesda

At around 170 dwellers and expecting a couple births, (since about 2 weeks ago) just loads the initial start screen then crashes to desktop (?) and stays in memory.


What else do you need?
