I have same issue. It starts after vault has been attacked by riders. My citizens kill all of them but one immortal. He was in the room but do not do damage and died. Then i restart game and now can't load my game - it's crashing during loading all the time.

Hi, I have the same issue. I played some days then two days ago in the morning I was not able to enter into my vault and I am always back on home screen.


I have iPad Air 2 and iOS 8.4.

I havd just bougth 50 lunchboxes and now I am not able to play.

I sent a complaint to Bethesda and I was directed here but no promise that anything happens. Unbelievable....

I too, am having the same problem. I reset all my settings and restarted my phone, but it still does not work. Bethesda has done virtually nothing to help me with this problem. I've just gotten emails from them bouncing me around from website to website. They should feel ashamed that as big as a company as they are, they can't fix a little bug. Instead they dance around the problem and make people frustrated.

Here to add my voice to this as well—Worked fine this morning, and now I can't open the app. I get the title card, then a black screen, than my home screen. I've tried restarting my phone ,shutting down every other app, etc but nothing has changed the bug. I'd prefer not to delete the app on the chance that my progress isn't saved to my Game Center account and I just spent $10 on lunch boxes four days ago.

I'm on an iPhone 5 running iOs 8.3 with 1.5 GB of available storage.

@smittysmit, I made this account just to say how much I Fing agree with you. This problem started when I tried to access the game in low signal areas. I tried rebooting, swapping from solely cellular to wifi with no luck. N as per what was expected on all games, I uninstalled it only to find out that my vault was perminantly deleted; and no one from Bethesda support even got back to me about my query. It did work again after, but only until I hit another low quality cellular area n now it's broken again. I'm just soo disappointed in them. They have hurt me and I don't know if I even want to support them in the future at this point. They rly ruined my happiness, which is hard for me to even maintain. So thanks you dings for making me loose respect for the last gaming company to retain it.

I am having the same problem, but the game is still running in the background. My dwellers had a kid, later that kid grew up, but I could not make to my game.

Also cant load, havent been able to since launch week

I've played Fallout Shelter since the release date with no issues. Although, earlier today, the app started crashing in the second loading screen. The issue got worse throughout the day today. Now, the game crashing in the first loading screen. I am running the latest iOS on my iPad 3. I have also installed the update from today. I have put a lot of time and money into this game, so I hope this issue is resolved soon. Not to mention, all the other people that are having the same issue.

same issue, i can′t even get to the main menu screen, it launches 5-10 seconds after i try to launch the game. patch came out today and they didn′t fix the issue. gfg

Since yesterdays IOS update I crash everytime to the home phone screen when trying to open Fallout shelter. Every Single time. Iphone 6

Same problem here. It was working great until two days ago. Now it crashes everytime, seconds into loading, before the vault choosing screen. Even with today's patch, it still does it! No fix at all.

Running on iphone 6 plus with ios 8.1.2

Adding to the list, as of two days ago one of my 2 devices will not load the game. I was hopeful that today's patch would resolve things. I get past the vault selection screen, then the game crashes to desktop. I have tweeked every setting I can think of from turning off cellular usage to airplane mode. This is on an iPhone 6 with iOS 8.4.

I have the same Problem, iPad Retina, iOS 8.4, crashes at start to Dashboard... i just bought some Lunchboxes...

How do i get them back?? When i'm deleting the game all Data lost, means my progress AND my bought Lauchboxes!!!

Bethesda how do i return my Lunchboxes to my "new" Game, if i delete it from my iPad and reinstall it?

Fallout Shelter ran perfectly on my iPad 4 until yesterday morning (July 10). Now the app crashes on the loading screen. I understand the issues with people trying to run the app with incompatible devices, but the problem also affect people using devices that are compatible. I have been a Fallout/Bethesda fan since the beginning, but I am really disappointed about all the issues with Fallout Shelter. What makes it worse, is the lack of attention being spent on a solution. That was proven by the yesterday's update that did not resolve the crashing issues. I hope Bethesda proves me wrong and develop a solution to this issue. I am running Fallout Shelter on a iPad 4 with iOs 8.4.

Same problem here. I played since it came out and now all of the sudden it crashes while loading!

I just bought lunch boxes ;( but like everyone else since IOS update I crash everytime to the home screen when trying to open my main Fallout shelter, but I can enter a new one. But that doesn't do me any good when I built of the other one and all my lunchboxes are in there.
