I now understand my right to bear arms. I, as overseer, have declared the right to bear arms throughout all of my vaults. All vault dwellers should be combat ready incase of radroach, raider or deathclaw attacks. And, most importantly, if the overseer were to become a derranged dictator the dwellers would be able to rise against the machine and declare independance. Waaaww thanks Bethesda I understand now.
