Greetings Fallout Shelter Support Staff!

These past two days I've been finding this issue with BlueStacks where, at the odd time, my Intel HD Graphics 530 will crash and thus affecting my play on Fallout Shelter. Just a couple minutes ago, I pulled the stunt of rushing my Diner resulting in a failure. Due to those mangy rat creatures, all but one of my dwellers survived. Unfortunately, my aforementioned driver crashed causing me to have to reload. Now those dwellers who died are deleted, yet an already-dead dweller in my Water Treatment room remains. Would it be possible to have a rollback, or some other way to restore those 5 dead survivors so I can revive them later on ... or do I just have to resume with my game as per usual?

The vault I just accidentally scrapped had this problem. I had a bunch of lvl 1 people waiting around in a lvl 3 room, waiting for their turn to go out into the wasteland. That's when the lvl 3 molerats attacked. They were slaughtered.

Then the game crashed.

When I restarted it, all of the bodies were gone. The population indicator was still on 200, so the game wasn't counting them as deleted. However, everyone who went into that room suddenly had their happiness drop and they complained about the dead bodies that weren't in the room.

It's like the room was... HAUNTED!!

It was very annoying. Those people had maxed-out stats. I had just finished training them, which took weeks. Even worse, since I couldn't revive them or delete them, I couldn't replace them.

Very annoying. Now that I think about it, I guess I'm glad I accidentally killed that vault.
