So I've played fallout shelter since it came out, having spent a lot of time on my vault etc, I've also spent around 240 sek(18.3?) on it aswell and it suddenly crashed. After that crash I've never been able to open the app again and tried every recommended solution. So someone said I had to reinstall the app and everything was gone all the money I spent on lunchboxes and my entire vault.

Same here... posted on twitter, sent a question and no answer... hard to believe such a popular game has such a crappy support team.

I've already reseted my device a few times and nothing, it randomly works once in a while but 70% of the time it crashes right after I select my Vault
