I checked my Fallout Shelter version in windows explorer. It showed version 1.3 1.ipa, which was applied on 12/19/15. I originally loaded version 1.3 on 12/09/15. This may be a small update. I have noticed better rare/legendary rewards since 12/19 (no legendary dwellers), but I can not repair my 162 dweller/10 pet/ 6 handy vault, (possibly due to 70 level Bangor cat dweller crash)..................

Yes, ios 9.2 for ipad.

Android still has v1.3 published on December 4th.

Notice any other changes in this 1.3.1?

I am using iOS 9.2, but no 1.3.1 update.

Not sure if everyone can get that, as there is no announcement by Bethesda.
