What phone/tablet model are you using? iPhone 5S

What OS are you currently running (including version #) 7.1.1

Did you delete the game and reinstall it, or just update over the old build? Update, probably.

If you updated, did you manually update it, or allow the store to auto-update it? Auto-update.


This issue started this morning. No issue previously. I start the game, click "Enter Vault XXX" and then it begins to load, about 10 seconds later it hangs and will not get past that screen. I've waited several minutes a few times. If I go back to home screen, and open it again, I can sort of see my vault, but nothing happens. Exiting the app and restarting does not help. Closing all other apps does not help. Restarting my phone does not help. I'd like to keep playing now that I have a large vault and spent money. I have about 125 dwellers, maybe 15 in the wasteland.

I changed the time and could open my vault, but upon going to my missions the game hung, and could not do anything, much less cancel any.


My missions are:

Survive 4 deathclaw attacks no casualties

Raise luck of 9 dwellers

Collect 110 weapons


All of which I started yesterday.

I opened it again and didn't click missions, but it hung anyways after several seconds.

I had to open it very quickly and remove the mission then, as soon as it was removed, restart the game. It took me a long time to get it to work.

I did that, but apparently the one I cancelled wasn't the right one. I'll reset the time and try again.

I've tried all three missions, and none of them made a difference.

Now I can't even open the game. If I delete and re-install it, will I lose my vault?
