Pretty cool. I very much enjoyed it, right up until the end. :D I won't spoil it for others though.

Where did you get the gun?

Really well done - great sound and visual fx. And the location you filmed at was perfect.

My only complaint is that it didn't seem like Fallout at all. The gun, the hazmat guys, their radiation counters, the main actors suit. None of it fit into Fallout at all. It reminded me more of STALKER. You used Fallout footstep sounds but that barely counts :cookie:

I know It can be difficult to get props like that though - But It's something to work on seeing as though you're already doing really well with everything else :)

Hey, thanks man, I won the gun from an airsoft website. Redwolf Airsoft. I made the winning intro, you can see it here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i1FUGIWqOrs

I was about to comment on the availability of M249 squad automatic weapons for the general public, and which part of Virginia you have to live in to obtain a license :D
toy weapons here aren't even allowed to be black, because they then look to authentic.. cops would [censored] a brick sideways with one of these

edit:
Q.
Does the airsoft version also take a standard 30 rnd clip, just forward of the main reciever -where the linked ammo goes?

VERY awesome video. :) Nice job!

It had almost nothing to do with Fallout, though. Except for the footsteps, and radiation, of course.

Awesome effects, by the way!

That was quite good! And I found the start of the movie, when the main character was on his way to the front door, to be very Fallout 3-ish. With the general junk and feeling of abandonment.
