and we will know for sure with 6 hours if this will be announced at the Microsoft presser today

as was the rumor

9:30 to 11 pacific

12:30 EST will be on Spike TV in the USA

5:30 to 7 UK

if sony presser 6 PM pacific

9 PM EST

hmm 2 AM UK?

and the reason I think at Microsoft presser [Destiny will be at Sonys and they are multiplat]

twofold

BGS has had a relationship with them

it would probably be multiplat with timed DLC as they have done before

and two Phil Spencer the new gaming head has admitted they lost their way with PC gaming

and they are returning to it and have already renewed IP, such as Rise of Nations [steam]

So, it's about 5 hours to go. What's your confidence level at the moment? Honestly, I'm about 20%. My heart wants an announcement but my head's telling me it's looking pretty unlikely, unless Bethesda have pulled off a genius marketing ploy that is. I'm in the UK so should get home from work in time to watch it.

Edit - I have only one head.

because Todd likes to keep it a secret.. he would never say before hand he was going to announce something

last time was VGA.. there was no prior announcement that they were going to be there

Perhaps my memory's wrong, but I think they released that teaser of Alduin's Wall several weeks out from the VGA's, and I'm pretty sure their slot was publicly locked in for a presentation. It wasn't a shock announcement.

Yeah, they're showing BattleCry at E3, I don't think they'd want to overshadow it with FO4.
