fallout silencer help : Fallout: New Vegas

i have been looking for a silencer for my sniper rifle in the game(i have it for ps3) with no success. i have looked all over youtube too. so please help me.

I'm on level 26 and i'm sure i got it around level 20. I noticed that when you get a certain type of weapon thats when the mods start appearing. What level you on.

im level 32 so ill have to see if it is there because the last time i checked before giving up was lvl 26

I've managed to get it on every play through, i'm on my fith now and it's always been Gun runners or Novac. Don't give up mate, it's there somewhere.

Go to the gun runners, they change stock every Wednesday & Sunday (in game) so if you wait/sleep keep checking back on those days

And if that doesn't work , the lady by the truck on the bridge at the 188 usually starts carrying them around level 16.
