I have the GOG version of Fallout 2 and have Killap's latest patch installed. I have raised the Gamble skill to 111% (on Easy). After winning a few thousand caps, the slot machines tell me in all caps The "OUT OF SERVICE" light on the slot machine is flashing on and off.

Is that new with Killap's patch to not exploit gambling? Is the "out of service" temporarily or permanent?
