Fallout 4 No sound in the game : Fallout 4

Hi can someone help me please, I am running windows 10 & trying to play fallout 4 graphics all ok sound when game starts up but when entering the game no sound

What's your setup, 2,2.1,5.1, 7.1, soundcard, etc...we sorta need info to be able to try to help

Bottom margin, select show audio devices. On the device you are using, right click and say test.
More often than I like, I have to "uninstall" my RealAudio device and let Windows reinstall it. But my audio stops working in Windows, not just the game.
