Speaking of mercs in combat armor, I hope we run into Reilly's Rangers again. They weren't just contract killers, they had a legitimate mission to map the area. That was my go-to armor in FO3.

For me, the ultimate teaser for this game would be Ron Pearlman saying, "War, war never changes.." and then maybe a few seconds of teaser footage followed by the Fallout 4 logo. The whole think need not be longer than 10-15 seconds. Just a basic confirmation that yes, it's in the works.

here is my thing...its the damn Vault Tech Logo....you would think had it been fake Beth would have taken this down a while back, thats my only argument to counter the hoax, but then again i dunno

The real reason why Bethesda should take it down if it's a hoax, is that it fires people up for nothing at all. I'm pretty sure if it's a hoax and they allow it to just play out then people will be less enthusiastic about Fallout 4 in general, meaning this can potentially [censored] up their sales.

Entire site is a 403 error at the moment. They are rigorously updating it with age verification and other things. I don't see this as something a hoaxer would go through with.

If it is a hoax then it will teach people not to trust things on the internet unless it comes from an official source. If it is a hoax I am sure people will get over it and be hyped again when real news comes out about Fallout 4.

It's probably some modder about to announce the upcoming release of his new fur lined bikini armor mod so that your character can stay warm in the nuclear winter.

Well when a different sort of ARG site came up relating to a Bethesda game they jumped right on it and said that they had nothing to do with it. Yet when asked about the survivor site that has a much bigger following the only thing they have stated thus far is "no comment". This in my opinion screams that they are all over it.

The Survivor2299 site was working for me as little as 20 minutes ago or so as I type this but it's down now. Too much traffic I expect or it's one of the more ellaborate gaming hoaxes I can think of.
