I want to be able to take certain drugs that change the view for a period of time. Like shrooms and LSD, but for specific reasons they would have to change their names.

I want to be able to hallucinate in the wasteland.

I would also like to be able to vandalize monuments, or at least see them vandalized by legitimate street art.
