I would like to see an easter egg with Grognak referencing this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KuWrhLaellg
At first I thought that was going to be about Conan and the meaning of life, then I clicked it and now I'm slightly disturbed.

I would want that tunnel snakes would come back big time. Maybe it would have been become so large faction that it will be main faction and maybe they have recently destroyed caesars legion completely and it is war at ncr and ncr is dying against them too. Then suddenly giant mysterious disc shaped cloud arrives into sky and later it reveal that its actually giant alien battleship that invades the wasteland and it begins to bombard nearby cities with plasma annihilator cannons and then it lands and lots of aliens will come from it.

Then tunnel snakes are in big, big trouble. And they fight against each other fiercely and tunnel snakes hq is under siege and is about to fall into alien hands... until lone wanderer appears, and this time he has new friends. The Enclave. With aid of Enclave, the tunnel snakes hq is defended successfully against alien invaders. Then lone wanderer would have to create a great alliance that guards the doomed wasteland from alien invaders.

That could create some interesting choises and consequences stuff as you would have to deside what factions do you want in your alliance and maybe some factions are hating some other so they cannot be allied with, unless reasoned with high science or speech/charisma skill that the alliance is nessessarity to win the war against aliens. Maybe 4-5 factions could be enough to launch assault into landed mothership. And after capturing the mothership, you could deside to give it to enclave or you could fly into mars with some space lunatics that wants to live there and lone wanderer comes there too. Maybe some enclave wants there too. Or you could be evil doer and start to fly your self that ship and shoot every town in the wasteland into crater. :flamethrower:

That would please all people. New fans and old fans. New fans likes lots of aliens, enclave & Epic battles and old fans likes lots of choises and concequenses and being evil and enclave. :vaultboy: Also there should be super mutants to please old fans.

This guy is a master. Seriously.

For the next Fallout title, I think homes should be greatly improved. A lot.

I feel it would be realistic that your character should be able to clear out an abandoned building or occupied one and have the ability to be set as your default home. Buildings fit for your home could possibly be things like and old military base, abandoned shacks, gas stations, and the likes of it. Now to make this fair, large buildings like the casinos in NV or something like the Pentagon back in FO3, would be too big, and unfair to use as a home.

Now to claim these homes as yours, you would have to do something along the lines of the follower terminal at the Gun Runner's shack. Only a set number of homes would be able to be set as your own home though. It's hard to explain but like the concept of only a few candidates in Skyrim, legible for recruitment into the Blades. Only certain homes in the game would be allowed to inhabit.

For customization, say you want furniture or to get the grunge like feeling away, a company could be found in one of the cities that can take care of this. They would be able to place objects like metal boxes, ammo containers, and the likes of it within your home.

Now on a separate note, the home could have more features like The Sink. By this I mean that we could possibly find upgrades for the place around the wasteland, and have things like an auto-doc or special lights.

Now, on your pip-boy, there would be an option somewhere to fast travel to your home. Another option would be so you can actually set the home as your "default" home.

So what's your opinions on this? I know I wasn't the only one to think of this. Can I see your input?

I think There should be some sort of arena. Not like the Thorn I mean like, underground through metros and deep beneath that. Hidden is a ginormous arena. I don't know if that makes sence but location doset matter really.

It wouldn't be like the thorn, it would be more like the arena in oblivion, exept better. Like have many choices to fight crazy things in crazy situations. Like one door Is 10 fiends and one door opens and it's 5 super mutants and another opens and it's 2 deathclaws and then you jump in and it's a montage of violence . I don't know Mabey that's out of hand but I think it might be fun.

( I know this may be a little off-topic, but I figured it could be an idea for FO4 )

In Fallout 3, characters ( mainly scientists ) kept mentioning of a place called the common wealth, and I thought for sure that would be a location for a potential add-on, but it never happened. Could be a good integration for FO4 I suppose? But that's my opinion.

And personally, I think they should bring The Enclave back with President John Henry Eden. Think about it, the radio would say to the new character "Good morning my dear America. Due to the latest failed assasination attempt, I am alive and well in this most illustrious office. And because of National Security, I am not at liberty to discuss --" and so forth, LOL, I think that would be a great encore. In a different location of course. Furthermore, how Eden would be alive would be most likely because of a backup 'Eden' <----( I'm not giving spoilers, but just a hint ), in an Enclave stronghold....somewhere.

Good, then let's hope someone high up in the development team sees this and highly considers it. I know for a fact that this was thought of before.

You could travel there in a dlc along with a brotherhood of steel squad in search of a powerful great war tech?

It's all gloomy, dark, and the steers are quiet with trash and ash everywhere.

I see your point though. With the amount of nukes that hit it, it probably is gone.

However, it may just be lots of knock down buildings creating rather riggidy paths and settlements. Like travel through a toppled hotel to reach a street or something.

Idk. Tbh, I want an area that's city like, yet isn't to cow boyish, features a desert or so, the mwbos, and somewhat civilize in some areas, and all hell at others.

And the idea is just like a technological version of the flames spell in skyrim, I don't want to look like I'm casting spells.

Firstly they already did bring back the Enclave, they were in Fallout 2.

Secondly, really. You want the same story again? Does nobody want anything original?

What's that?

OT: I'd like it so we can make camp in the middle of the wasteland. Like RDR, we can make quick saves at a makeshift camp. I think that was one of the best features in RDR, and would work pretty damn well in Fallout, considering you're out in the wasteland a lot, and might not always be somewhere close to save at. It would especially be convenient, if your target was far from any save places, and you didn't want to have to fast travel to a save spot, and either trek all the way back, or fast travel to somewhere that's closer, but still not close enough.

No. Bethesda would obviously focus more on co op than actual sp rpg, and screw it all up.

Am I missing something? what do you mean by save.....as far as saving the game is concerned you can save anywhere anytime you want.
Do you mean basically making a new travel point on the map?
