Basically, no one else ever posts, and if they do they stick around for one other post then leave.

And we're bottomless pits of great ideas.

Great minds think alike...sort of.

Almost done with the Pitt's ideas. The the Brotherhood gets a turn.

Got a new one:

Troy-
Before the MWBoS and the (Communit) People's Republic of Detroit signed their agreement in making Troy one of the many stops on their caravan route it was a tribe that worshipped the people of the Tech Hub. They would drop everything to help the people of the Tech Hub who wanted to make their technoogy as advanced as possible, they were usually asked to go on scavenging trips and bring back as much scrap metal and scrap electronics as they could. However, once the MWBoS took it over to complete the trading route to Detroit many billionaires moved here (so they wouldn't have to go a long way to get a new car) and most of the people who once lived humbly and farmed here left to either live outside of the Tech Hub, still servants to the scientists there or they went to Windsor, where the People's Republic of Detroit was trying to makea coloney (which, if you go there you will find it failed miserably and spawned the insane Mutant Cannibals that control all of the city).

I'd post more, but I don't really have a desire to make suggestions for storyline or factions because it'd take me a week to create such a suggestion which is comprehensive enough for my liking (I do have a rough scetch about a "major player" in a certain setting, though, but it needs to be written down and properly thought out first). And all the gameplaystuff I already have in one big ever growing lump of text, which I am not reposting before it has seen some changes/additions (because I hate overly repeating myself).

This chain of threads sure could use some mustard in its ass in a form of an announcement of the next game....

I haven't even made a major player if you mean the main character. Just made some factions and their goals. so far.

I agree completely, if they just say they're making a F4 than this thread wouldbe sparked back to life instead of just dragging along with two people posting their very lengthy ideas....

A "major player" as in a major faction in a certain region. Like the Legion or NCR in New Vegas (only smaller in overall scale -- just affecting its surrounding areas, and not over the states).

That is what I thought, after my post... I made 4, but only have explained 2, and 1 in great detail.

ok................................................. I'm bored.

Seeweed-
Seeweed is the biggest fishing settlement in the MW, fishing is actuall a fast paced exciting thing Post-War. Fish are now anywhere between 4-20 feet and need to be put down with a bullet to the head so it's a pretty difficult profession, but the people of Seeweed are the best at it. They're one of the biggest reasons why fish is popular in the MW.

Well, that didn't get hit by any bombs, I would expect the Great Lakes to be insanely radioactive.

Alright, I had gotten to play a little bit of Old World Blues at my frreind's house and I've just finished watching a playthough for it. It makes me regret selling New Vegas a little bit more (I guess I'll pick up the Special Edition if they ever come out with one) and the one thing that stood out to me was the only brand new http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Y-17_Trauma_override_harness (as the Vault calls it), the Y-17 trauman overide harnesses. They were very cool enemies and I think that (story wise) they would fit into the Ancient Border Facility very well.

The trauma override harnesses were originally just supposed to be in the Big Moutain Research Center but when the U.S. gvernment had suspicions about a Little Yangtze camp resident being a spy communicating with the Chinese they decided research should be brough over to the Three Borders Facility, which was made just to be kept secret and to continue research for a specially team. There were twenty-six of them, there were three from http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Yuma_Flats_Energy_Consortium (Professors O,T, and U) one from http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Bringham (Professor Q), four from http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/General_Atomics_International (Professors A, C, G, and R,), three from http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/L.O.B._Enterprises (Professors E, J, and L), three from http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Poseidon_Energy (Professors B, H, and Z), one from http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Ripper_(company) (Professor S), three from http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Wattz_Electronics (Professors K, W, and X), five from http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/West_Tek (Professors D, I, M, N, and Y), three from the government (Professors F, P, and T), and one from National Astrony Corporation (Professor V, I made up this company).

All of them were to study in their respected fields until they had finished making all of the most advanced technology possible.

Here is my mega-post for the Ancient Border Facility...

Spoiler

Ancient Border Facility Rooms:
?Waiting Room (looks like average waiting room, plays elevator music)
?Grassland Biome Room (a big field or grassland, has many of their experiments running out of control)
?Mini-Nuclear Mine Field Room (a big field with Mini-Nuke Mines Everwhere)
?Mega-Garden of SCIENCE! and Death, There's Death Too (has all of the plant related technology)
?Professor Insects's Cave of Horrors, Frights, and Other Fancy Words for Scary Things.
?Office of Invisible Furniture (all furniture is invisible, only objects on the desks and the umbrellas in the umbrella holder are visible)
?Professor Security's Monitor Room (a big wall of all security cameras in the facility and a recharging station)
?Professor Paranoia's Secret Failsafe Room, Don't tell anybody! (If you choose to destroy the Facility this is the easier way of survivng)
?Self Destruct Button Room, Do Not Press Said Button! (a big circular room with a big button in the middle, that's it)
?Big Room with Prediction of what the Earth would look like after Nuclear War (shows Post-Apicalyptic Earth)
?Room Full of Water (it's a room, full of water)
?Room of 200% Gravity (you can't jump at all)
?Room of 90% Gravity (you can jump slightly higher)
?Room of 75% Gravity (you can jump even higher)
?Room of 50% Gravity (you can jump even higher)
?Room of 25% Gravity (you can jump even higher)
?Room of 10% Gravity (you can jump very high)
?Room of Replacement Generators (a big room full of replacement nuclear generators to power the facility)
?Incinerorator Room (a room with a giant furnace in the middle)
?Room of Abraxo Cleaner and Mops (has what's listed)
?Professor Element's Room of Elements (has many fire, ice, rock, and wind based traps, witha recharging station)

Ancient Border Facility Technology:
?Controller Chip: A device installed in a creatures brain that allows them to be controlled by the Scientists.

?Foil Armor: reflects sunlight (temporarily blinding the wearers's foes) and lasers (they still take damage but the wearer's foes can be hit by it aswell, taking half of the laser's base damage)

?Shade Lense Helmet: A fancy looking helmet that acts as full face sunglasses, with bulletproof glass.

?Grenade Launcher Gauntlet: a glove that has a grenade launcher mounted on the top.

?Bionic Bones: robotic bone replacements that raise Strength and Agility.

?Mega-Lens Helmet: A Hade Lense Helmet with night vision and x-ray vision. These are togglable options.

?Bionic Eyes: robotic eye replacements that do the exact same thing as a Mega-Lens Helmet.

?Mechanical Trees: robotic trees that grow all kind of fruit.

?Mini-Nuclear Mines: mines that make small nuclear explosions.

?Mechanical Plasma Trees: robotic trees that grow plasma.

?Aqua Suit: a suit that turns water into oxygen and carbin dioxide into water.

?Radiation Rifle: a rifle with a miniture nuclear reactor that sprays radiation.

?Radiation Shotgun: a shotgun with a mini-nuclear reactor that fires a strong blast of radiation.

(I thought it'd be interesting, a weapon that gives your enemies radiation sickness)

?Robo-Cats: robot cats, belonging to one of the scientists who was said about how cats were extinct.

?Mega-Oculars: binoculars that see 3x times as far as normal binoculars by holding R1 (PS3)

-X- X-ray (C )
-Y- Yale (C ) it is a kind of mythical animal which can resemble a mutant which he/she likes
-Z-Zzz (P, tired)

Ancient Border Facility Creatures:

-Supermutant Cyborge: the Scientist's Capturing Bots took about four dozen of every creature in the Midwest, they decided to test and see if they could increase supermutant's intelligence, strength, perception, and reaction speed. They replaced their eyes with bionic eyes that had night-vision and x-ray vision, they replaced their bones with thick robotic bones, and they didn't replace their brain but they added a small object that allowed them access to 65% of their brain (instead of the usual 20%). They were a large success and easily controllable (with the object in their brain) so they now act as the scientists personal bodyguards, although the scientists do still test to see if there's anything they can replace that will improve them.

-Perfected Supersoldier: the Scientists found out about FEV and managed to make their own version with the DNA of supermutants and other mutated creatues. They then perfected it and injected it into a dozen humans, giving them helmets that controlled their minds. However one helmet malfunctioned and the occupant escaped (ended up in Caesar's Legion territory and became the Legate there). The other eleven are now the scientists personal bodyguards, although the scientists still test to see if they can improve them, like the Supermutant Cyborges.

-Super-Beast: the Scientists were very interested in Centaurs, and when they got their hands on enough Beasts they began attempting to combine them in a way, with the ending result being Beasts with the Centaurs' tongues, multiple legs, and the same colored skin as Centaurs. They now have a dozen of them in statis, if you get very close to their quarters they will unleash them.

-Banshees: the Scientists took Crows, Centaurs, and Stalkers and binded them together, forming Banshees. Banshees fly, have many tentacles instead of legs, and a very loud, piecring shriek. There are a dozen of them which stalk the grassland-like fake biome within the facility.

-Cyclope-bots: The scientists spent decades working on these, they took major human organs (brain, heart, stomach, and the rest of the digestion system) and put them in a robot with one eye, a circular saw for one hand, and pincers in the other. They serve as 'cheap' security (as stated by them only costing one to two human lives, and fifty dollars in scrap metal).

-Robo-Lion: (they spelled the name right) A Lyan (look at creature list) that now has a metal shell over it, breathes fire, shoots lasers from it's left eye and plasma from it's right. It is very deadly and can be found in the fake grassland-like biome.

-Super-Atomic-Giant Spider Crawling Robot of Death: created and named by Pr. I, (their names go throught the alphabet, A-Z) he was always a genius with insects but horrible with names, so he mixed all of the names he came up with for his giant spider-like robot that has ten legs, an explosive chemical for venom, extremely sharp wire that it shoots, and it's hive mind with all other Super-Atomic-Giant Crawling Robots of Death and all security cameras in the Ancient Border Facility. (I will come up with a Bloatfly creature also made by Pr. I).

[Supermutant cyborge wakes up to you with an evil glare on his face]
SC:"What you doing here!?"
You:"Whoa, they took out your eyes?"
SC:"Not 'took out' replaced. I see better, I see your bones."
You: "As long as you don't look down there we're cool." or "Holy [censored], you have X-Ray vision!" or "That's cool... I have to go now, nice talking to you crazy eyes."

I just thought that was amusing.

That actually sounds like a smart move by Big MT. Also I don't think there will be a special Fallout new Vegas.

I thought that the Trauma suits should have been Power Armor, cause who would go into battle wearing a space-suit.

Thanks, and I thought it made a lot of sense too.

What do you mean by a special Fallout New Vegas?

I would guess it was because it was experimental and they hadn't yet made it actually combat ready.

Also, the ones from the Ancient Border Facility would be even stronger, dressed in their weird spacesuits below Combat Armor or Combat Armor MK2, their armed with assault rifles, laser rifles, and sub machne guns. Also, they're not in the Ancient Border Facility, they were releasd into the wasteland and now winder aound that entire corner of the map, guarding the facility and killing or capturing all they see (they only capture when a robot designed to capture new test subjects is in the area) there are about fifty of them just wnadering.

You wanted the special New Vegas, after realizing it was fun. There won't be a game of the year edition, it didn't win any awards.

Now I understand, I think they'll come out with a Special Edition but they wouldn't be able to come out with a Game of the Year Edition...
