Fallout Story Idea.

So I just wanna say that I am not new to making stories about games I've played. And that I have had much experience with writing stories, and other forms of writing. And with that, here is my Fallout Story Idea!

Story Setting/Idea: I'm currently living in New Orleans, and thought that maybe New Orleans might be an interesting place to write about; for the Fallout Universe. I've already started on something, but have yet to critique and finish it. But the basis of the story will be about a lonely traveller w/ a guitar, and his story of living in New Orleans. He's kinda like a Bard or traveling musician from earlier years, but has a Fallout flair to him. It will probably revolve around 7-10 chapters, all probably about 2,000+ words in a chapter. I still haven't come up with a title for it, but I can handle that part easy enough.

If the story is successful enough, and people comment enough on it. I'm sure, I could probably start on a second story with the same character? And have it be about more of his adventures through Louisiana.

Any comments and suggestions would be helpful, but probably when I post the actual story; suggestions will be better. For the time, I think I've got the general idea of what will happen in Chapter 1,2,3, and 4.

Wasteland bard, sounds cool. Leans up on a wall, cigarette in mouth, guitar out, 44. at his hip...I can see that, not that I'm saying that is your character, but you can see what I mean.

Well my character will be more of a Southern farmer type. Kinda like a Gunfighter look, but with a musical flair to it and stuff.

(Also, Dr. Strangelove says hi. This would be his computer I'm using at the moment.)

I like the sounds of this. The character you have created has, in my opinion, an infintie number of possibilities. I look forward to reading a prologue, and the rest of the story as well.

By the way, nice namedrop. I myself have a lot of respect for Strangelove's writing.

Hm, musical flair, such as.....? Anywho, the Gunfighter (Gunslinger?) look sounds cool, kinda Clint Eastwood like? Rough beard, scars, tan?

Probably some typical bluegrass or something traditional? Maybe even some 60s type Rock&Roll. He is in the south, and that's all we have here really. LOL

Also, a Gunslinger is a Gunfighter. Either name works. And actually, I am actually basing my characters looks on Clint Eastwoods Character: Josey Wales. (That being my favorite Clint Eastwood movie. :D)

Working class hero was also played by green day with a bit more of a rock thing to it. Good song. sadly, the second song is so horrible it makes me want to die after listening for just a few seconds.

I don't like Green Day. But they did. But they don't have the feel that John Lennon (original creator) had with it. :D
