Over in the TES fan fiction there is a mighty successful rp following the main quest of oblivions story line. I think that the same could work here, but with the storyline of fallout. So first things first, I am asking if anyone is intrested, which fallout game would make the best rp.

Rather have one set it the time around 1 not based on the main quest though.

Yeah a free form would also work I guess.

Another idea: An attempt at recolonizing the area immediatly surrounding a hypthetical vault. It would be a great setting for a free form rp, and after a while other factions might come into play..

No ubering: Your shot in the face from point blank ranch, your screwed hate to say it but your dead, this also means you can not run 50km in five minutes and anything else a human being can not do.
Me=god: i say that you suddenly become a necrophiliac you do (a cookie to however got my refrence)
No character control: This includes saying other characters responses or hurting them without the other players permision.
Anyother thing I may have forgot: use common sense people.
