Fallout 1-2-Tactics as DLC titles on console?

I think this would be something that could generate some extra money and it would be a fun cheap time waster until Fallout 4 is FINALLY released, Seriously though i'll probably have a heart attack when they announce the game release lol.

Bethesda doesn't own the rights to do anything with the orginals, at least not until the end of this year. It would be good if they had them out for the PC collector's edition or something. I don't see how they could be made into consoles.

It's been suggested before.

It's very unlikely though. The originals would need a lot of work to make them compatible with consoles. Mostly control and tech issues (The games need a couple of unofficial community patches just to eliminate a few critical issues) It would actually be a bit more work than you'd think. They'd have to work with someone elses code, bugfix the critical stuff, port them, make them controller compatible etc

Plus Bethesda has shown no interest in working on somebody elses work.

Basically, if you have a computer made within the last ten years, it'll probably run them. They aren't very demanding hardware wise and can be bought fora good price on Gog.com.

I could see Beth handing past FO titles like FO1 for example to a smaller brother company to be fitted for the next gen console

market place after obtaining full rights obviously.

Take a look at the current console market place it's not all that great therefore strong old school titles like FO1 would probably

sell like hot cakes making the process worthwhile IMO.
