Unless you purchase the Fallout Trilogy at retail, you aren't purchasing directly from gamesas.

If you mean is it safe to purchase from a service like Good Old Games, then yes, the answer is yes.

Well, in the USA, it is available at Target, WalMart, Best Buy...
