Fallout, the new industrial revolution & music

So it's been said that 200+ years is more than enough time for the North American states to move forward as House and New Vegas has. Enough time has elapsed that building and creating should have replaced scavenging as the preferred method of progression.

With such talk about Fallout 4 containing androids and perhaps emphasizing energy weapons, it seems as though Industrialization, or forward thinking, will be prevalent in the sequel. The density of industry and the rate of progress is what is actually in question. Because, after all, the setting of a sequel could be a few years from that of Fo:NV or it could be set 200+ years later as well.

Considering all that is progressing and evolving in the Fallout universe, and what is already predominant, do you feel that the music will/ has also changed?

Billie Holiday -> The Ink Spots -> Roy Brown -> Muddy Waters -> Etta James -> Chuck Berry -> Elvis -> Bob Dylan -> The Rolling Stones

How far down the line of artists and genres, do you think it will it go, in regards to the music in future Fallout games? Is it possible? Tell me something I don't know? Do you care either way? Thoughts? P.s. I love you guys :fallout:
