Yes. That trailer from January is pre-released infomation on Fallout 4, strangly there has been little to no media coverage, official annoucement or even speculation on any discussion boards. Weird huh?

As for that video, it's done with the FO3 engine and reusing the FO3 theme. Bethesda has already said that FONV is the last game to use that engine, and they've never straight up reused music like that. It's a fake (also, if Bethesda had announced a new Fallout game they would have made a new forum for it.)
