Overall sales for Skyrim reached around half-a-billion dollars, and the game is still selling. There are entire countries that are worth less than this, and my guess is that the figures for Fallout 4 will be considerably higher. My point is, with such a valuable IP, is it any wonder the devs are being incredibly careful about everything they say? Even the footage has been put together with a huge amount of care. The reason, for example, that the shot on the way to the vault (where we see the blue house and the APC) stops when it does is that, if the camera had panned to the right and followed the path of our protagonist, we would have seen vault 111 right in the middle of the shot, on top of the ridge. If details such as this are being concealed by the devs, then you can be absolutely sure that they will not tell us anything until they are 100% ready to do so. And that includes the start date.
As for others getting frustrated just because I stick with the multiple threads of evidence I have uncovered so far, this is only to be expected. But whereas you have respectfully stated that you will no longer participate in the discussion until we have confirmation, others in the past have not been quite so polite. Remember though, as Helljumper stated earlier, I have been right about many details in the past, and this was in spite of heavy opposition from other forum users at the time, and was also using the exact same methodology that I have used here.
EDIT: for those who do still wish to participate, there is a great deal more to be discussed/debated regarding the timeline
