I purchased the Fallout Trilogy DVD and bringing it home, I regretfully discovered my computer's DVD-drive doesn't work anymore... So, is there a way I can download the game online if I give my UPC code or something?

Sorry, no. There is no way to convert a DVD version into the downloadable version.

If you have one, you can install the game on another computer and then use a flash drive to copy it over.
