I am playing Fallout from the downloaded trilogy version. The screen will frequently blacken out completely and then be revealed if I move the mouse, or a NPC moves in the view port. I have tried running at different resolutions and changed compatability mode as well. I saw a reference to Hires version patch where can I find that?

I've noticed that in the 2006 edition of the Fallout: Collection too.
