i dont if its been asked b4 but i recently bought fallout 3 goty off of steam ... downloaded and paid for but im stuck on this screen... i open it than it says press play and then it doesnt do anything else... i got a windows 8.1 isperion 3000... it should work skyrim and new vegas work.... so any suggestions would be great!

Same thing except mine isn't goty. Skyrim and FNV work fine along with F4.

That resolves most of the issues with getting the game to run.
If that does not work please post a full dxdiag.exe report in spoiler tags which can be found in the special bb code button.
