Fallout 3 Uninstalled Itself! What do I do?

Hey everyone! So I downloaded Fallout 3 on my pc because I loved it so much on the x360. I had a few issues in Vault 101, but they were resolved and I managed to get out of the vault. Well after I got out of the vault I turned the game off...only to find that when I went to play it again it said that I had to reinstall it. I checked and all the files were there. It's not like I had messed with them anyways. I contacted gamesas support and they said my computer was incompatible. Here are my specs:

Windows 7
Processor: AMD A6-3400M APU with Radeon™ HD Graphics (4 CPUs), ~1.4 GHz
RAM: 4 GB
System Type: 64 bit operating system
DirectX version: DirectX 11

gamesas told me that the minimum requirements for this game were this:

Windows XP/Vista
1 GB System RAM (XP)/ 2 GB System RAM (Vista)
2.4 GHz Intel Pentium 4 or equivalent processor
Direct X 9.oc compliant video card with 256M RAM (NVIDIA 6800 or better/ATI X850 or better)

Ultimately, my question is this: What can I do to make this game run on my system? I mean is it even worth it? Cause I love this game and I want to be able to play it! (P.S. I am aware of the Windows 7 issues with the game. One issue at a time!)
