Is Fallout 4 using the full power of the PS4 and XBOX One?

I doubt they are pushing the limit of either..for one if it was maxing out ps4s capabilities, then it would be unplayable on xbox1..and Sony is also considering a more powerful version of the ps4 (since production cost has gone down)..but are probably going to try thru a software update instead..

Just what I read on the Internet, so whatever...

Still good but yes bad news for AMD users I hear.

@ Headpopper,

Rain doesn't come through roof for some other developers engine is not the same.

Making rain not come in through the roof for Skyrim involved modding the game and you'd need everything set up right for that.

Anyway, engines for games are all different and have their own limitations.

According to my monitoring resources on PC with a 6 core processor, its using about 90% on all cores.. bit less in some indoor areas but overall, its hovering around that level. This is with latest PC patch, so I would imagine that with 8 core capability on current gen consoles albeit with lower clock speeds than typical PC gaming system these days, its probably totally saturating the AMD 'Jaguar' archictecture APUs, and so it should.. make that silicon work!! :)
