I see that there are tons of searches on the internet about this but no answers. I have even searched this forum to no avail. I played Fallout through multiple times on the Xbox 360 a few years back and never had a problem. I just got a brand new pc and fallout on sale on steam so I thought it's time I replay it. I already had a hell of a time fixing the crashes by limiting the game to dual core. Now when I enter vats there seems to be a 3-5 second pause before it finally shows all of the percentages. It is very annoying and never occured on any console version. I am just wondering if there is any fix at all for this issue.
