Sorry I'm late. I was traveling today...

Name: Mark Vorhen

Age: 24

Gender: Male

Physical Appearance: He's approximately 6ft. His hair is a light brown color, with several curls around the edges. His skin is tanned to a light chestnut color. He's of American descent, so there aren't any noticeable native features to his face, with the exception of a light beard growing around his jaw line. Generally, he wears a pair of warn shades, or visor to obscure his facial features.

Race: Caucasian.

Classification: Infantry

Personality: Mark is a pretty easygoing guy on a whole. However, he has always harbored a common, yet sometimes unreasonable, hate for communists and their ideas. He has never once showed mercy to the enemy, and even before the war started he often spread rumors stories about the cruelty of the Asian empire. With all quirks aside, Mark is charitable to those he feels for, and would rather give his life before the lives of his squad.

History: Mark grew up in a fairly wealthy family on the east coast. His parents owned several large business' and because of that Marks childhood was spent in blissful ignorance of the world around him. In his teenage years he began to commit several small crimes in one of the metropolitan areas where he lived. When his parents found out, he immediately felt ashamed of himself. Not because of what he'd done, but because of how poorly it reflected on his family. After spending some time in a special militaristic boarding school for teenagers of his kind, he learned about the rest of the world and it's inhabitants. When he returned fresh to America, he decided that his place was abroad with the military, not running his family's business.

((Sorry for how short it is, admittedly I've been rushed tonight. I won't be able to post until later tomorrow. If you accept me, just assume I'm on the sub. I'll get to it as soon as I can.))

Accepted. Ok, you're just in time too. Do you want me to just like post that you went in? If it doesn't progress too much you might be able to do it yourself.

@name. The way I wanted it, the bag with the mail was at the bunker I was stationed, in preparation to head to the docks. Its cool that you went with me, but the way I wrote it, there was no one else in the jeep. That said, its all good. Since, I'm not the Secretary of Defense, you can post your own dialogue between him and you.

Yes reidster, you can join. And yes it is always good to have another person, as long as you're with the good guys.

Just write up your CS here, and don't worry about activity. I'm planning on taking the RP slow. I don't know about everyone else but I'm pretty busy too.

Name: Colt Harris

Age: 23

Gender: Male

Physical Appearance: 6"0 tall, short dark buzz cut. Colt has built, strong arms as well as a muscular midsection.

Race: Caucasian

Classification: Infantry, Berserker

Personality: Quiet outside of battle, but willing to take control during battle.

History: Colt grew up around a military oriented family. His father was a high ranking officer, and his mother had served when she was younger. When he was a child he and his brother were extremely close. They shared everything together, from small, simple things to deep emotional thoughts and worries. When Colt was just 15, his brother was sent of to the frontlines along with several other marines in an attempt to take control of a vital enclave recon outpost. Due to misleading intel, the marines were cut down in a blaze of gunfire not even half a mile away from the outpost. Colt was emotionaly destroyed. He spent all of his teenage years readying to join the military. When the time came, he did much better than many of the other recruits that had applyed.

After five years in the military, Colt was assigned to this dangerous mission due to his superior skills in the heat of combat. He gladly took the position, regardless of his parents warnings.

@your mom, I'd like for you to add more detail and maybe backstory to your posts from here on out. Its not mandatory, but your first was pretty shallow for an introductory post. Plus, I said that I wanted a two paragraph minimum. The minimum is flexible, but not every post should be as short as your last one.

Backsory Edited for my character Mickhail.

Mickhail was raised by his two parents and had 2 brothers. He was great friends with his brothers, playing hide and seek and joking with higher authorities, which lead to trouble. He and his bros had a strong liking towards guns and sneaking, which they pretended to do when playing army in the woods. He was very happy in his life. Then tensions around the world began. Mickhail thought by joining the army, he could be a great asset. Why the army? Well, at the time he wanted to sound cool near his bros, and they all had nowhere else to go sense their parents died. They all joined together at 15 thanks to their forged passports. Mike had the best skills of the other two though, and unexpectedly was assighned more complex, secret missions. loosing contact with his brothers, he allowed his jokes and creativity to continue his military assignments with ease. He was given a very important mission which he has yet to take part in. Mickhail happened to keep his r95 pistol.

Really nice post FalloutForLife

We're still waiting for Yttrium (questionable), and Drop_Dead to post. After that I'll move the plot.

As the OOC, don't forget to use this for anything related to the Rp besides actual posts. Extensions to CS' should be PM'ed to me.

We'll give Drop_Dead and Ytt till the end of today--about 9:45 ish for me--to post then I'll just Rp spawn them in or something of that nature.

Don't forget to check this daily, good luck all.

@Ytt, yeah pretty much two hours. Take into account that I want to make my reply too, which I have written up, but the longer you tae, the les time I have to squeeze it in. No pressure or anything, I just have certain timeframes set that I want to accomplish, even though my moms curfew doesn't help.

@Drop_Dead, ok thanks.

We should discuss our posting times. As for me, you will find me posting or on this forum in between 5 to 9 30 pm, usually around 7 or 8 though. I could get on at 6.30 am, but only if I am not tired. Other than that, I am usually i the pool or doing homework*P

Good idea, I am technically never free since I'm prohibited from using my laptop (which I take home from school) besides strictly homework. My mom is giving me more slack by the day however. That and I'm quite sneaky when I NEED to be. Now, I am ultra busy, so I al available from around 6:30 to 9:30. Sometime's I stay late from school sometimes I leave early. Sometimes I'm not home so that time is always shifting. I also have one room in school which has an unblocked network. I use that when I can, when I have free lunches 11 or 12 depending on the day. But for the most part I will be on and off over the course of the day.

Some of my IC posts are crammed and have mistakes or no spaces between words. Also, my writing isn't all in my posts. So I kind of rushed two of my posts. The reason is because for some reason, I can only post to a certain amount of characters, letters, and it blocks me from further typing anymore in that post. So please excuse these mistakes if they bother you. I have 3 computers, well two pcs' one ps3, and only one pc, which is borrowed, does not have this problem. Ill get on it tomorrow and would be able to post without limit, but my ps3 and current pc have this problem. If you want to see how long I can post up to, look at my post where I am on the phone with the brother. You can see it is rushed and has grammer mistakes. Also, Vison is all I could think of lol. I just took out letters in my real brother's name, and Vison happened*P

Its cool. Thank you all for cooperating and posting, I have posted. After this time you will have one more post to reply to me, and then if its a question to my character, I will answer and then you will head to the barracks. If not, then just head straight to the barracks. We now all have three posts left before we fast-forward to Vietnam, save for me since I'm answering questions and such.

Good posts Drop and Ytt.

Anyone have anything they want to ask. And also, we're still accepting new people until we touch down at Vietnam, at which time you will be squeezed in one we reach our rendezvous point.
